Refund
Policy.

At Innovo Design Lab, we aim for complete transparency. This policy outlines our terms regarding project cancellations, deposits, and payment returns.

SECTION 01

Project Deposits.

To begin work, we require an upfront deposit to book your project in our calendar. This payment is non-refundable because it covers the initial strategy work and the cost of turning away other clients to focus on your project.

SECTION 02

Work in Progress.

Once the design or development phase has started, payments are non-refundable for the time already spent. If you decide to cancel, you will only be responsible for the work completed up to that point.

Service Guarantee

Our Refund Process.

Refunds are only issued if we fail to start your project within 14 days of the agreed-upon date or if we fail to meet the specific requirements outlined in our contract.

SECTION 03

How to Request.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a request through the form below. Our billing team will review your case and respond within 10 to 15 business days.

SECTION 04

Exclusions.

We do not offer refunds for “change of heart,” project delays caused by the client, or issues related to third-party tools (like hosting or domain providers) that are outside of our control.
